6. ONLINE PRIVACY AND INTERNATIONAL PRIVACY LAWS

The User by providing his or her name, email address, name, phone number, physical address, social media accounts, and any other information in either: 1) the User enrollment process or 2) by disclosing private information within the forums, comments, or internal communication fields formally consents to be contacted by means of email, phone, physical notification, social media, or any other means of communication. The User agrees to provide this information to NSTI with full consent as described in their nation’s data protection laws or for EU Users, in conformity with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

NSTI promises not to share or sell private information of the User.

7. PROPRIETARY CONTENT OF NSTI

The User may access the content (videos, audio, written documentation) for private personal use. Group memberships allow the public display of videos as described for each level. Personal users may not reproduce or publish the videos, audio files, written documents, or any resource of the New Saint Thomas Institute without written consent and release.

8. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

This Member Site may contain links to third-party websites. Such linked websites are not under the control of NSTI, and NSTI assumes no responsibility for the contents of any such linked website, any link contained in a linked website, any changes or updates to such linked websites, or any material transmitted or downloaded from any linked website. Links to third-party websites do not constitute or imply endorsement by NSTI of those sites, the information they contain, or any products or services they describe.

9. PASSWORDS

The User responsible for taking all reasonable steps to ensure that no unauthorized person shall have access to your NSTI online password or account. It is your sole responsibility to: 1) control the disclosure and use of your password; 2) authorize, monitor, and control access to and use of your Member Site online account and password; and, 3) promptly inform NSTI of any need to deactivate a password. The User agrees to accept responsibility for all activities that occur through the User’s account or password. The User agrees to immediately notify NSTI of any unauthorized use of User password or account or any other breach of security.

10. NO CONTRACT

None of the content of this site is intended to create or modify any contract between the User and NSTI. Pricing, terms of purchase, discounts, and all other provisions governing the relationship between NSTI and User shall be governed solely by the agreement in effect between User and NSTI at the relevant time of enrollment and not by this website. No information NSTI provides on this website shall constitute an offer to sell any product or otherwise be binding on NSTI for any purpose whatsoever.

11. BILLING AND CANCELLATION

The User receives membership in the NSTI by means of monthly or annual tuition chosen by the User upon enrollment or registration with the NSTI. Every User grants to the NSTI permission for tuition to be billed monthly or annually as explicitly indicated by the User at enrollment. The User cannot change or upgrade billing details or tuition details except through the User’s secured Member Account portal.

The User that registers for a one-dollar Trial Membership recognizes that monthly tuition will be automatically billed to the User after 1 month (30 days).

The satisfaction guarantee is limited to the first 21 days (first 504 hours) of Membership for Members on both monthly and annual tuition plans. The right to a refund is forfeited after the initial 21 days (initial 504 hours) of membership. This full refund must be requested in the member support portal. The amount and form of such credits are at our sole and absolute discretion.

The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance.

The User may cancel NSTI Membership and recurring billing at any time by clicking “Cancel My Account” in their Member Account. New Saint Thomas Institute takes Member privacy and security seriously and only confirms User billing decisions (tuition, upgrades, cancellations, etc.) when the User’s billing decisions are executed through the secured Member Account portal.

Attempted cancellation requests written through email, phone, voicemail, comment, member forum, or social media accounts do NOT constitute a cancellation. These requests outside the NSTI.com site cannot be verified as valid, legitimate, or secure. Therefore, User accounts can only be canceled through the secure Member Account dashboard within the New Saint Thomas Institute. The User’s account and tuition billing cycle will remain in effect until the User formally cancels through the secure User’s Member Account Portal.

Billing is not dependent on the use or participation on the Member Site by the User. Billing recurs based on maintenance of an activated account until properly canceled on the Member Site as described above.

Failure to pay tuition for 7 days will lead to the automatic termination of Membership and Member access to previous resources and materials.

12. DISPUTES

The User promises upon enrollment not to enter into a tuition billing dispute with the NSTI through the User’s bank, credit union, debit card carrier, or credit card carrier without first addressing their tuition billing concern through the NSTI support portal. The link for the Support Portal is located at the bottom of the NSTI page, post, and lesson of the New Saint Thomas Institute website for the User’s immediate convenience. Any dispute through a bank, credit union, debit card carrier, credit card carrier, or any payment processor will be resolved on the basis of these Terms and Conditions which every User clicked and agreed upon before payment.

If the User did not properly follow the terms and conditions of cancellation as described in the NSTI Terms and Conditions, the User will withdraw all disputes against the NSTI and pay the tuition owed. The User also agrees to pay a $30 fee for any tuition dispute against the NSTI.
