Below are terms used by Members of the New Saint Thomas Institute:

• Be salty: a greeting or salutation used by NSTI Members. See Matthew 15:18.
• Mighty, Mighty Muskoxen: the collective term for all the Members of the NSTI
• OrthodOX: the word orthodox with the final OX capitalized
• OXsome: the NSTI version of ‘awesome.’
• OxTalk: the podcast/radio project of NSTI
• Tommy the Muskox: the mascot of the NSTI who is named in honor of Saint Thomas Aquinas
